Joseph Arters, DPM

About Me

Dr. Arters is a board-certified podiatric surgeon focusing on foot and ankle surgery, as well as the treatment of other foot and ankle conditions such as fractures, tendon ruptures and diabetic foot problems.

Dr. Arters received his undergraduate degree from John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio. He earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio. He completed his podiatric surgical residency at Alliance Community Hospital in Alliance, Ohio.

Dr. Arters is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and is on staff at the Orthopaedic Surgery Center in Boardman. He has been in practice in the Youngstown area for 18 years.
