If you plan to schedule surgery at our facility and we are filing insurance for you, the prices listed on this website do not apply to you.

The prices for the procedures published on this site include the surgeon’s fee, the anesthesiologist’s fee and the facility fee, as is uncomplicated postoperative care. The amount of postoperative care varies with different surgical procedures. During the initial consultation, the surgeon will inform you of the amount of postoperative care that will be included in the price for your procedure. There will be a $200 initial consultation fee with the surgeon which will be applied to the total cost of the procedure should surgery be indicated. If surgery is not indicated, your cost will be limited to the $200 consultation fee paid to the surgeon at the time of the consultation.

A list of what is not included in our fee is: any preoperative diagnostic testing, including x-ray, MRI, consultations with specialists, physical therapy and rehabilitation. Any hardware or implants indicated for completion of the procedure, including plates, screws and anchors. Our trained Medical Team has a strong understanding of what will be needed to complete your surgical procedure. Any hardware or implants will be provided to you at cost without mark-up. The price information will be provided after your initial consultation and before your date of surgery.

Any fees or expenses associated with complications following the completion of the procedure and discharge from the facility are not included.

The prices for procedures published on this site are only a partial list of procedures available at The Orthopaedic Surgery Center. If you do not find a procedure that you may require, please contact us to inquire about pricing. These prices are not negotiable and are made available only to those who pay the entire amount in advance. We are able to offer these prices due to a reduction in expense in processing claims and reduction of risk for nonpayment or claims denial. Alternatives to payment may be available to patients covered under an employer’s self-insured benefit plan.
